1. This is a private billing practice with limited bulk billing available.
2. Consultation session: All patients are privately billed. There is no exception.
3. Recall/Result (Telephone): We bulk bill Telephone recall/result for all patients if they are registered with our practice via MyMedicare program. If not registered, is treated as a consultation session and consultation session fee applies.
4. Recall/Result (In-Person): Any In-person attendance even if it’s for results, is treated as a consultation session and consultation session fee applies.
5. No bulk billing available (Consultation or Recall/Result (Telephone or In-Person) on:
• Weekdays before 8am.
• Weekends and public holidays.
6. Fees are higher on weekends and public holidays . (Please refer to “Fee” link of the website)
7. Following consultations have difference fees than standard consultation (Refer to FEES page):
• Skin Cancer (spot check or full-body skin check)
• Antenatal and Pregnancy.
• Work Injuries – Work Cover.
• Work and Travel Clinic and Vaccination.
• Pre-employment and Insurance Medical.
• Fitness assessment medical/certificate
• Drivers Licence Medical (Private or Commercial)
8. Procedures done in the practice have additional fees to consultation fees(Refer to FEES page):
• Skin Cancer procedures (Biopsy, Excision, Flaps, Grafts)
• Gynaecological procedures (Cervical Screening, Implanon Insertion/Removal, IUD Insertion/Removal)
• Infusion clinic (Iron infusion, IV antibiotics infusion, IV vitamin/hydration infusion)
• Ear clinic (Ear toilet with water irrigation or microscopic microsuction)
• Wound redressing and suture removals (if not associated with a procedure done in the practice)
9. Diagnostics done in the practice have additional fees to consultation fees(Refer to FEES page):
• Cariology tests (ECG, Holter Monitoring, 24 Ambulatory BP check)

10. Full payment is due once the service is rendered. Medicare rebated will be processed instantly in the practice, back to your debit card. For accounts not paid on the attendance date an Account Fee of $45 (non-rebateable) applies. This fee is not covered by Medicare and payment is required before any further appointment request.
1. 3 hours condition: If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us not later than 3 hours prior to the appointment time.
2. Appointments made online can be changed or cancelled online without a need to contact the practice. Appointment system won’t allow cancellation within 3 hours prior to the appointment time.
3. Appointments made in person at the practice frontdesk or on the phone cannot be cancelled online and needs to be cancelled by calling the practice (subject to the 3 hours condition)
4. Appointments for the first 3 hours of the day that is booked at the practice frontdesk or on the phone, need to be changed or cancelled by the end of the business day before the appointment day.
5. Late cancellation and non-attendance incur a non-rebateable fee equal to the appointment fee that cancelled late or not attended. This fee is not covered by Medicare and payment is required before any further appointment request.
