Practice updated billing and cancellation policy

  1. This is a mixed billing practice.
  2. Bulk billing is only available on weekdays between 9am-4pm for consultations less than 10 min, to:
  • Children under 16;
  • [Commonwealth] pension card holders;
  • [Commonwealth] healthcare card holders;
  • DVA card holders (white card for applied conditions only)

There is NO bulk billing available to anyone on weekdays before 9 am or after 4 pm and all day weekends and public holidays

  1. Following services are excluded from Bulk billing and will be privately billed:
  • Skin Cancer Clinic;
  • Antenatal and Pregnancy Visit;
  • Work Injuries Consultation;
  • Work and Travel Vaccination;
  • Pre-employment, Insurance and Commercial Licence Medical;
  • Any Forms that needs to be manually filled by the practitioner;
  • All Procedures and Diagnostics
  1. For complete list fees please refer to the ‘Fees’ section in the website.
  2. Full payment is due once the service is rendered. Medicare rebated will be processed instantly in the practice, back to your debit card. For accounts not
    paid on the attendance date an Account Fee of $35 (non-rebateable) applies. This fee is not covered by Medicare and payment is required before any
    further appointment request.

The Practice New Increased Hours
